Our Core Values

When we started this league, we couldn’t wait to bring box lacrosse to the masses. Thinking about all the potential games, finding cities, and developing teams has been exciting. We wanted to remain true to our core values to ensure we are presenting the best box lacrosse out there with core values that we stand behind.

Trust

Without trust, this league would not be possible. We have to trust that we chose the best possible players and that they will be trusting of their fellow teammates. We will trust that the coaches are making the best decisions and trust that the referees are making honest calls. We will trust that the fans will respect and support our teams.

Honor

We will approach this league with honor. Honor for the coaches, the players, and the fans. Approaching the game with nothing but respect and honor is of the utmost importance to us.

Integrity

Our league is built around integrity. We thrive on fairness, inclusivity, honesty, ethics, morals, beliefs, respect, and fairness. We expect everyone involved in our league to act with integrity on and off the field.

Discipline

The PBLA values discipline when it comes to playing the game. We expect our athletes and coaches to be disciplined in their training. Our referees will be disciplined in making fair calls and following the rules.
